Dr. X points out that the maximum gas price an end user would be prepared
to pay to use gas instead of wood is much lower than the actual gas price in the
residential segment and takes this as evidence that wood did not exert competitive
pressure on gas. This argument is incorrect and disregards the realities of the mar-
ket and the risk division between importers and producers as I understand it.

М.б. должно быть risk of division?
