It's poetry: you don't have to stick "technically" close to text.
Re-phrase as something like

Duh it is, and even Yuck!
But if you think it's much better in Russian, well, may VM forgive me, t'ain't.
Gromad'e sounds rough, preposterous and mildly bad-taste/vulgar (like many M's neologisms). Sazhen'i – wrong stress, and also rough... I guess it works: pile rough upon rough upon rough, and people would say the guy've got balls. But, really, taste-wise, duh it is... T'ain't Mandelshtam for sure...
