Termination/dismissal - it's all the same. In English usage, you can't dismiss someone and transfer them. It's one or the other - they are either dismissed or transferred but not both.
Implicit in the transfer is continuity of employment.

I wonder if "terminating employment at the Bank as part of the process of transferring .." would work better. This means taking the full meaning of в порядке rather than reducing it as usual.

Since English language tends to be so economical "by means of" in not really necessary' "by" is sifficient
