I think that "removal" works well here unless this is the result of some legal action, in which case "debarment" would possibly be more appropriate.

removed/dismissed

I like suspended too, however, it usually means "temporary".
You could say " he was removed (dismissed) from managing collections" - this is a lot stronger (and from what I can see in tone with the doc)

А имеет ли тут смысл переводить именно как существительные?

Как Вы отнесетесь к такому варианту: ... (by hindering them to manage collections, re-electing...)/...(by preventing them from managing collections, re-electing...)/... (by giving them no way to them to manage collections, re-electing...)?

Better "exlusion" or "he was excluded".
Removal means that he's already out, "this is the result of some legal action".

Да, to oust беру назад. Спросила совета у одного друга-британца - преподавателя английского языка, родом из Честера. Первое же слово, которое пришло ему в голову применительно именно к данной ситуации, было exclusion (excluded). А to oust, по его словам, - это совершенно малоупотребительное слово.
Всё врут словари... Вот и доверяй им после этого...
