Context - trying to establish the energy savings to be made from replacing old equipment. One of the things taken into consideration is the equipment's 'pasportnie dannye'.
As I understand it, this refers to the information provided on certificates that accompany the equipment. But how do we say this in English??
I also have 'pasportnaya moshchnost' - I was thinking that this could be something like 'certified power rating' but perhaps there is a standard translation for 'pasportnyi' that I can use in different phrases. (probably not!)
Any assistance gratefully received.

: Apologies, but specifications are not the equivalent of "technical passport" in Russian. In the UK it is certification that serves the same function. So engineers tell me.
