коллеги, перевожу процедуру рассмотрения обращений граждан, и сей оборот встречается по тексту в самых разных вариациях:
уполномоченный орган *берет на контроль* обращение граждан;
обращения, находящиеся *на контроле* уполномоченного органа;
статус "на контроле", и т.д.
мои варианты слабо гуглятся, полагаю, из-за того, что это наша канцелярщина.
нужна такая же, только с перламутровыми пуговицами) идиоматичная чтобы.
буду признательна за идеи.

This is give or take what you could expect to see in similar bureaucratese in the US. Your biggest issue here is that there's no one particular term or turn of phrase that would fit all of those usage cases. You always have to adjust - that is, if you want a natural phrase with those pearly buttons:)

: They cannot be "tasked with" these petitions, unless the task is for them to write those petitions themselves. This is just about as far from how a native would say it as Moscow or Bobruisk are from NYC.

I already have "under review", "reviewed by" etc. for the competent bodies, which are the initial point of contact, i.e. which receive the appeal, because it falls into the scope of their competenece. And now I need a term to use with superior bodies that step in when the matter (already under review) is particularly sensitive, important, disputable etc., to supervise and ensure compliance. But thank you for your input anyway. |

One has to be careful, though, to avoid confusion with the so-called sanitary and epidemiological supervision bodies, органами санитарно-эпидемиологического надзора. Since I’m not exactly sure what the drafters meant and which is whichJ, I won’t take the risk. But thank you for the suggestion, it could fit well in a text like this one. |
