Who deeply takes offend from one, is further burdened by many
Attempt of translation.
It is doubtfull, that such saying could be widely
known in other countries. It is just Soviet experience, to my mind.

| Thanks, but i'm not looking for a translation. I'm looking for an equivalent that would be understood easily by native English speakers. The actual saying may have something to do with Soviet era or not but I'm sure other languages have similar sayings. I can think of an equivalent in Greek for example, but not English. |
