Full jacketed sulphur lines

In order to ensure full heating, the sulphur lines will be entirely jacketed (including flanges and valves) and adequate spooling shall be provided to permit disassembly for cleaning and inspection.
More in detail the requirements here below listed will be followed.
Rectilinear spools will be made as shown in the example in Figure 7, using slip-on flanges at the ends.
As mentioned before, on one end a stub pipe shall be provided (which shall be made in two half-shells to be installed last, in order to allow the erection sequence).
Intersection spools will be as shown in Figure 8 using slip-on flanges at the ends, the jacket “Tee” shall be in two half-shells according to ISO 12345.
