I would like to suggest a feature for the invoice making tool.
Now [unless I missed something] if I insert a logo, this will be inserted in ALL the invoices by default.
It would be useful to add a button in the EDIT invoice page that allows proz members to choose if adding or not a logo. I feel this need because I have a specific logo for my services as a sworn translator for a specific embassy and another one for my interpreting services, therefore I would like to differentiate this... Hi Marcella,

Let me check internally with site developers to see if this would be possible because invoice logos are retrieved from profiles, which means that change would need to be at profile level, not just on the invoicing tool.

I'll post back here as soon as I get a response. Thanks for your patience!

New "Do not add a logo to my future invoices" option now available Mar 25, 2024

Hello Marcella,

Developers enabled a "Do not add a logo to my future invoices" option in the ProZ.com invoicing settings section, https://www.proz.com/invoice?sp_mode=settings . Just check and uncheck this option depending on whether you want to include your logo in your invoices or not.
