Hi everyone!

There's this quote by Thomas Mann and I'm not sure if it was originally written in English or German. Does anybody happen to know if this quote is available in Spanish or if it was originally written in German. I was unable to find anything about this quote on the internet, not even if it first appeared as part of a book or poem by Thomas Mann.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

bei dem Zitat handelt es sich um einen Auszug aus
Unordnung und frühes Leid (1925)

... es war Liebe auf den ersten Blick
und für immer, ein Gefühl, das ungekannt, unerwartet und unerhofft – soweit das Bewusstsein in
Frage kam – von ihm Besitz ergriff und das er sofort mit Erstaunen und Freude als lebensendgültig verstand.

Gibt es bestimmt in spanischer Übersetzung.
