Same cap file, two different PCs

Hi,

I am using a the Remote Client (offline) with a cap license + password to work for a client. I have downloaded the files from the server (no cwu), everything looks ok. However, the client wants me to handle translation and revision together with another linguist.

Can I send the other person the same cap+password so that he/she translates and then open the files in my PC? How do I do this?
