Quark 7/8 Mac files in Across

Hello. We're having difficulty finding a way to export our Quark 7 and 8 Mac files so that they can be translated in Across. Does anyone have any experience with this?

For Trados we have used CopyFlo gold to create a single tag file which can be translated using Trados, but not with Across. So far the best possibility we can think of would be to somehow transform this Tag file into XML for use in Across, but this is also proving to be very difficult.
