I know that this may be a stupid question, but I´m starting in the bussiness I don´t know exactly what Q&A means.
Somebody coud explain to me?

I think you probably meant ‘QA’, rather than ‘Q&A’.
In the context of translation, and more specifically of CAT tools, etc., QA means ‘quality assurance’. It basically refers to the various methods that a translator might employ to check that their work is correct once they have finished translating.

Beware of qandaresearch.com beautifully crafted scam
This scam is quite elaborated, not like the usual crappy
ones. They have a domain www.qandaresearch.com, nicely
edited pdf documents, a registration panel, proper email
addresses, etc.

For multi-translator or multi-language jobs (very typical for localization projects with many target languages), to avoid answering same questions to a number of translators, client sends you a form, and you (as a translator) populate it with your questions. i was glad to read all your comments - i almost got caught out but now realise it was too good to be true. I found it odd to be first asked for 20 dollars to check my ID, then that turned into 23 per month when I came to fill in the documents, so I went no further.

A software quality analyst is responsible for applying the principles and practices of software quality assurance throughout the software development life cycle.
And translators nowadays are pretty much part of the same techno scenario, which probably explains why QA is sometimes used to refer to the "quality" of translation texts, despite the subjective nature of the beast.
