And the offer says : This is a Q&A for a tender of electronic library software. The customer asks his questions and the tenderer supplies the answers.

So "questions" and "answers"...

QA means a quality check, which translation agencies want you to do before you deliver the translation. The QA-check is built-in in your CAT-tool. Most of the times the results of a QA-check are pure nonsense. Life with it.
