Description
This session will discuss how to achieve a more positive experience in your work while balancing your personal life to be happy.

Everything is changing in our professional world. The things we held dear are no longer valuable to the customer. Things that did not even exist a decade ago are now essential tools of the trade. You have learned about all the industry changes and how to deal with globalization. You took the marketing and name branding courses. You have dedicated a lot of time and resources to improve your professional background. And yet you feel low on motivation, uncertain in troubled times, and fearful as to your income stability. All this is affecting your quality family time and your general outlook as to the future.

We will talk about some leadership techniques that you can immediately apply to your professional work environment to help you manage the ever-changing situation. But more importantly, we will learn some healthy habits that will help you learn to balance your life-work relationship and bring back the motivation. We will discuss how to focus on the journey more than on the outcome, which - by the way - will help you achieve your goals more rapidly and easily. You will learn techniques to relax your mind in the middle of the chaos and let your energy flow into positive actions. We will use some Emotional Intelligence tools like self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy and social skills and talk about leadership strategies and how to implement them one-two-three-done!
