Flitto, a KOSDAQ-listed AI language data company, is recruiting freelancers to participate in the Acceptability Validation Task (Commentary) project.

1. Project Overview
Task Type: Acceptability Validation Task (Commentary)

This task involves reviewing an existing evaluation of a translation based on the source text and its translation.

For each payload, reviewers will:
-Compare the source text and translation
-Review the provided Score Justification and Assigned Score
-Review the provided Findings (specific translation issues), if any
-Determine whether the Score Justification, Assigned Score, and each Finding appropriately reflect the quality of the translation by selecting Agree or Disagree
-If necessary, provide a brief Rationale and suggest an appropriate score

For Findings, reviewers may be asked to validate whether the identified translation issue is accurate and whether its Severity and Category are appropriate.

This is an evaluation validation task. You will not be required to translate or revise the provided text.

※ Detailed validation and scoring criteria will be provided when the project is opened.

Score Justification:
The translation accurately conveys the source meaning, with only a minor difference in the time expression.

Finding:
The time expression differs slightly from the source.
-Severity: Minor
-Category: Accuracy

Example Decision: Disagree

The translation changes the meeting time from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m., which conveys incorrect information rather than a minor difference. Therefore, both the overall evaluation and the Finding underestimate the impact of the translation error.

Suggested Score: 55/100

※ Reviewers are required to validate both the overall evaluation and individual Findings, if provided. When selecting Disagree, reviewers may be required to provide a brief Rationale and review the Assigned Score.

Estimated Time: Approximately 5 minutes per payload

Task Time Limit: Each task must be started and submitted within the designated time limit.

5. Qualifications
Able to work remotely
Native-level proficiency in the target language
Strong understanding of both the source and target languages
Ability to assess translation accuracy, naturalness, tone, and context
Ability to carefully review and validate existing translation evaluations
Experience in translation, localization, linguistic QA, or language evaluation preferred
