Bilingual assistants for a 3-days.-conference in Rio de Janeiro

We are looking for bilingual assistants to work on a a 3-days-conference in June in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Requirements:

- Fully EN<>PT bilingual
- Living in Rio de Janeiro
- Highly professional and with a very good cultural level
- Ideally with a Degree in Translation and/or Interpretation (not mandatory)
- Previous experience working in events, conferences or similar meetings is a plus
- Spanish language knowledge a plus.

Some of the tasks to be performed at the conference are the following:

- Provide full and general support to the coordinators
- Welcome and greet participants
- Work on the registration desk
- Be in the conference room helping with Q&A sessions (handing microphones, etc)
