potential online interpreting 20 (all day) and 21 of March (half-day)

we have a potential online interpreting on 20th (entire day with brakes) and 21th of March
The meeting will be in English at Bruxelles and you will have to pass on the message to the Hungarian speakers and at the end the Hungarian speakers could have some questions for the English speaker.
Below the description:
1. Type of translation/interpretation: simultaneous or consecutive? Simultaneous
2. Times/hours/periods of the interpretations. Is there any detailed agenda per days? Yes we send agenda prior to meeting – it is often translation of business presentations – we are also trying to send presentation 24h00/48h00 in advance to translators
3. Translators are connected with their "translatee" via Whats App – and they can interact via teams – when there is a question or an answer to translate to the larger audience or to the presenter
4. It is virtual attendance for translators -around 18 participants
5. Duration of the meetings? 1.5 days - 20th (entire day with brakes ) and 21th of March (half-day, by 11 hrs)
6. What is the topic/subject of the discussions? Business presentations – questions and answers, they will discuss about the general work conditions.
7. Location: online, on site? Online for translators
8. What are the dates that you need the interpreters in March? The meeting is set for the 20th and 21th of March
9. Do they need any technical equipment or only the interpreters? Translators need to have access to Whats App and teams via computers
