As the Founder and CEO of Rhyme&Reason Language Services, an AI-enabled LSP with offices in Athens and Patras, Greece, since 2005, I have forged robust partnerships with government entities and industry leaders, aiding them in communicating across 90 language combinations.

Growing up in a bilingual home, with a Scottish mother and a Greek father, instilled in me a deep passion for languages, further enriched by studies in French and Italian. After Translation Studies in Scotland, I specialised in start-up, medical, technical, legal and banking translation. Embracing Computer-Assisted Translation tools from very early on, my translation portfolio boasts over 35 million words and 30 books, along with RSI services.

With a deep interest in the convergence of IT and linguistics, in 2020, I founded RIMA Language_Tech_Culture, a spinout dedicated to advanced language and terminology management systems.

I am actively involved in promoting sustainable digital entrepreneurship and supporting the New European Bauhaus initiative in business and organise the annual event Language_Tech Patras, dedicated to all that is new in language tech.
