I was dealing with procedures required to achieve project targets: QA/QC documentation procedure, procedures re job performance on site etc.
Developed and co-created a quality management system for the site with all related procedures and guidelines to meet the requirements of the corporate business controls and the associated standards. Ensured quality-related procedures and guidelines are in place, and applied within the Russian context.
• Ensured an effective system of quality incident reporting is in place at the site. Where needed, ensured that proper investigations are carried out to prevent recurrence.
• Ensured proper monitoring of quality performance and disseminate such information, e.g. newsletters and posters. As part of programme, personally conduct audits and follow-up.
My work included translation of QA/QC procedures/documentation, reports, key events both in English and Russian, German/Russian.
As Material Expeditor: communication skills and very good knowledge of language are most important, to be able to contact vendors & suppliers international. I had to follow up delayed orders, to ensure project targets are achieved.
As translator/interpreter in company «TNK-BP» (Siberia), I was responsible for translation of official papers, contracts, reports, Key Events, and Hitch reports, lot types of technical documentation. I was involved into FRAC procedure on site and spent many hours monitoring and interpreting.
As interpreter I was involved into business talks, operational meetings, monitor oil field operations, preparing documentations, business trips etc.
I gained a lot experience as translator and interpreter in this company and good communication skills contacting many people of different level in company.
