Текст оригинала - японский 第五十一条 商標権者が故意に指定商品若しくは指定役務についての登録商標に類似する商標の使用又は指定商品若しくは指定役務に類似する商品若しくは役務についての登録商標若しくはこれに類似する商標の使用であって商品の品質若しくは役務の質の誤認又は他人の業務に係る商品若しくは役務と混同を生ずるものをしたときは、何人も、その商標登録を取り消すことについて審判を請求することができる。
2 商標権者であった者は、前項に規定により商標登録を取り消すべき旨の審決が確定した日から五年を経過した後でなければ、その商標登録に係る指定商品若しくは指定役務又はこれらに類似する商品若しくは役務について、その登録商標又はこれに類似する商標についての商標登録を受けることができない。

In case a trademark holder has its specified product or specified service be similar with other’s product quality or service quality of other similar trademark, everyone can request a judgement to cancel the registration if such product or service be mistaken with the product or service by other’s business in terms of itself or its quality.
2. Those who were a trademark holder, can only get its trademark or the resembled trademark been registered 5 years after the judgment date when the registered trademark is cancelled, regarding the specified product or the specified service or the resembled product or service.
