My name is Roman Izhikov. I am a medical doctor (MD) and full-time freelance English-to-Russian linguist based in Phuket, Thailand, with over 20 years of experience in medical and pharmaceutical translation, editing, and quality control. My core focus areas include clinical trial documentation (protocols, Investigator's Brochures, ICFs), regulatory and post-approval materials (MAA dossiers, PSURs/DSURs, SPCs, package leaflets), patient-facing content, and medical device projects — including linguistic validation and UI/UX checking for specialized medical software.
