1.The root pass of all butt-welds on stainless steel pipe shall be made by tungsten inert-gas arc welding. Filler passes may be made by tungsten inert-gas arc welding or by the shielded metal arc process.
2. Special requirements for piping, flanges, gaskets and O-rings, valves, and other appurtenances in special and/or hazardous service will be specified by the purchaser.
3. All components -such as flanges, valves, control valve bodies or heads, and relief valves - that contain oil, special and/or hazardous fluids, or steam over 500 kPa (75 psig) shall be made of steel.
4. Threaded joints for special and/or hazardous fluids or for steam pressures greater than 500 kPa (75 psig) shall be seal-welded; however, seal welding is not permitted on cast iron equipment, instruments, or locations that must be disassembled for maintenance. Seal-welded joints shall be made in accordance with ASME B31.3 or the equivalent code located in Appendix A.
5. Valves shall have bolted bonnets and glands. For primary ANSI or the equivalent code located in Appendix A service ratings greater than or equal to Class 900, block valves may be of welded bonnet or no-bonnet construction with a bolted gland; these valves shall be suitable for repacking under pressure. Wafer check valves per API Standard 594 or the equivalent code located in Appendix A may be used in sizes NPS 2 and larger.

Бортовая информационная система контроля. БИСК-А-1Э совместно с системой табло аварийных и уведомляющих сигналов СТАУС-1-2 позволяет организовать дублированную систему контроля бортовых систем и решать задачу комплексной внутрикабинной сигнализации. Наличие в БИСК-А-1 порта связи с наземным компьютером позволяет считывать диагностическую информацию о ресурсе элементов вертолета и организовать эксплуатацию по его состоянию.
Комплексная система управления вертолетом позволяет реализовать на борту как ручное электродистанционное, так и автоматическое управление вертолетом.

The instrumentation and flight-navigation equipment provide the helicopter flying and monitoring of power plant and helicopter systems operation. The instrumentation and flight-navigation equipment comprises the following instruments:

The ANSAT helicopter equipment incorporates the standard package of units and systems for helicopters of this class. ANSAT helicopter is featured with a system of automatic control (Fly-by-wire system) and new generation information systems.
The following equipment is installed in ANSAT helicopter:

The helicopter systems and units operation and status are monitored by means of warning, caution annunciation panel system WAPS, designed to warn the flight crew about failures with the help of light and audio signals of IIDS and WAPS systems. The integrated instrument display system (IIDS), coupled with annunciation panel system WAPS СТАУС-1-2 allows to configure the duplicated system of monitoring and integrated cabin annunciation system. . The availability of communication port in IIDS system allows to read the diagnostic information on helicopter components service life and to arrange the on-condition maintenance.
The integrated fly-by-wire system allows to implement the helicopter manual and automatic flight control.
