I'm a qualified translator, fluent in Russian and Thai, with over seventeen years' translation experience. Currently based in the UK, I have worked for multinational corporations in Russia and Thailand and can handle a variety of texts in both languages. I'm also a careful and skilled editor and proofreader.

My career highlights have included assisting in setting up the HR function for the new manufacturing facility of a multinational confectionery manufacturer in rural Russia; managing two key Russian accounts for an engineering firm in the UK and, more recently, working for nine years for a Big 4 professional services firm in Bangkok, first as an in-house editor and later as the lead editor, which involved setting up and managing a team of editors located in three different countries, designing and establishing foolproof document handling and logging systems, and overseeing quality control. All of these positions allowed me to hone my translation skills and exposed me to a wide variety of financial, commercial and legal texts. They also required the ability to meet very tight client deadlines and handle multiple projects.


I'm a careful and reliable translator, and will never take on a job for which I'm not qualified or accept a deadline that I'm not able to meet.
