Непредвиденные нежелательные реакции (НПР) регистрировались исследователем в первичной документации и ИРК. Извещения о них также незамедлительно, в течение 24 часов, высылались Спонсору. Исследователь получал подтверждение, что информация получена/доставлена.
Перевод - русский Adverse events that do not meet the severity criteria are recorded by the investigator in the source document and in the CRF and provided to the clinical trial monitor at the next scheduled monitor visit. Adverse events began to be recorded from the first day of taking the investigational medical products and during the period of follow-up.
Serious adverse events (SAE) were recorded by the investigator in the source document and CRF. SAE began to be recorded from the date of the first reception of the study therapy.
