Текст оригинала - русский Какие внутренние критерии руководители полиции используют для оценки деятельности в своей ежедневной работе?В современных условиях МВД России наметило и осуществляет комплекс мер по реформированию системы органов внутренних дел страны (ОВД). В рамках этой реформы подлежат решению задачи возвращения доверия граждан к милиции и обеспечения соответствия деятельности органов внутренних дел реалиям дня, их способности адекватно реагировать на происходящие в обществе коллизии, связанные с обострением криминогенной обстановки.
Особое внимание МВД России уделяет разработке новых критериев оценки оперативно-служебной деятельности органов внутренних дел, основанных на комплексе показателей, отражающих эффективность правоохранительной деятельности. Это обусловлено тем, что действующая система критериев оценки не позволяет получать объективное представление о масштабе, состоянии и динамических процессах в деятельности служб и подразделений органов внутренних дел.
С 1 января 2003 года введены в действие новые системы оценки деятельности органов внутренних дел, подразделений криминальной милиции и милиции общественной безопасности, а также органов предварительного следствия.
Перевод - английский What are the internal criteria used by heads of police departments to assess their daily work?The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation has outlined a set of measures to reform the structure of the bodies of internal affairs of the country (hereinafter OVD) and has begun to implement it. The main focus of this reform is the issue that police regain trust of its citizens and to ensure that the activity of the bodies of internal affairs conforms to everyday realities and their ability to adequately react to the collisions in the society caused by the escalation of crime.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia pays special attention to working out new assessment criteria to evaluate operational activities of the bodies of internal affairs based on a set of parameters reflecting the efficiency of the law-enforcement activities. The reason for that is that the existing system of assessment criteria does not give an objective overview of dynamic processes, conditions and the scale of activities for different units and subdivisions of the bodies of internal affairs.
As of January 1, 2003 a new system of activity assessment of the bodies of internal affairs, police crime and public safety departments and bodies of preliminary investigation has been introduced.
