Текст оригинала - английский General Power of Attorney will be given by the Administrator or Nominee for the favour of Beneficiary. However if General or Specific Powers of Attorney is desired to be issued to the favour of any other person subject to them being acceptable to the Nominee, then the Beneficiary, is obliged to instruct this in writing. The Beneficial Owner(s) agree/s represent/s warrant/s and undertake/s responsibility to cover and guarantee his/their Attorney’s, his/their heirs, his/their successors, his/their executors and his/their assignees. The Administrator or Nominee will be indemnified against all losses, expenses, damages and costs that took place, while he /they were acting under their Office as Attorney. All Powers of Attorney will be for a maximum period of 12 months;

Однако, в случае, если планируется выдача генеральных или специальных доверенностей от имени других лиц на имя Уполномоченного, то Бенефициар должен в письменной форме уведомить об этом. Бенефициар (-ы) соглашается/-ются, представляет/-ют, обеспечивает/-ют и обязуется-/ются покрыть и обеспечить действия своих Доверителей, наследников, правопреемников, исполнителей и представителей. Администратору и Уполномоченному будут возмещены все затраты за все потери, расходы, ущерб и затраты, которые будут иметь место в рамках действий в качестве Доверенного лица. Все доверенности выдаются на срок максимум 12 месяцев
