Текст оригинала - английский CLAUSE 11 – CONSTRUCTIONAL EQUIPMENT AND TEMPORARY WORKS
11.1 Provision of Equipment Etc.
The Contractor shall provide all Constructional Equipment and Temporary Works required for the expeditions and proper execution and maintenance of the works in accordance with the Contract.
11.2 Equipment to be in Good Condition
The Constructional Equipment to be provided by the Contractor shall be new or in good condition and of such capacity and design that the Works can be executed within the Time for Completion.
11.3 Contractor’s Responsibility
The Contractor shall be solely and entirely responsible for the safety, security, loss, damage to or destruction of the Constructional Equipment and Temporary Works.
11.4 Measures in Case of Damage
In the case of any breakdown or damage to or destruction of any of the Constructional Equipment or Temporary Works, the Contractor shall take immediate steps for the repair or replacement of the same, and in any and every case when such breakdown, damage or destruction shall have incapacitated or destroyed any of the Constructional Equipment or Temporary Works the Contractor shall so far as and as quickly as practicable provide other suitable equipment or works to the satisfaction of the Engineer.

11.1 Снабжение оборудованием и т. д.
Подрядчик обязуется предоставить все строительное оборудование и временные сооружения, необходимые для быстрого и надлежащего выполнения работ и технического обслуживания сооружений в соответствии с Контрактом.
11.2 Оборудование должно быть в исправном состоянии
Строительное оборудование, предоставляемое Подрядчиком, должно быть новым или в хорошем состоянии, а также такой мощности и конструкции, что работы будут выполнены в пределах установленных сроков выполнения.
11.3 Ответственность Подрядчика
Подрядчик несет исключительную и полную ответственность за безопасность, защиту, утрату, повреждение или разрушение строительного оборудования и временных сооружений.
11.4 Меры, предпринимаемые в случае повреждений
В случае неисправности, повреждения или разрушения строительного оборудования или временных сооружений Подрядчик должен немедленно предпринять меры по их ремонту или замене. В каждом случае, когда строительное оборудование или временные сооружения будут выведены из строя или повреждены, Подрядчик обязуется в кратчайшие сроки предоставить другое подходящее оборудование или сооружения, удовлетворяющие Проектировщика.
