Фасовочно-упаковочный автомат ТФК ПАК-3 с 4-х ручьевым электронно-весовым дозатором с возможностью дозирования и последующей упаковкой любых сыпучих продуктов в пакеты весом до 1 кг.
Упаковочный автомат обеспечивает автоматическое формирование 3-х шовного пакета вида “подушка” из упаковочного материала и помещение в него ранее подготовленной дозы. Длина пакета определяется датчиком перемещения с точностью до 2мм или датчиком цветной метки.
Формирование продольного и поперечного швов пакета осуществляется термо-компресионным способом с помощью сварочных губок нагреваемых встроенными ТЭНами.
Протяжку пакета осуществляет асинхронный двигатель переменного тока управляемый преобразователем. Длина пакета задается в миллиметрах или определяется расстоянием между нанесёнными на упаковочный материал контрастными цветными метками.

TFQ PAK-3 Pre-packing and Packaging device with 4-branch electronic weighing filler and the capacity to dose and then pack any granular products into bags holding up to 1 kg
The packaging machine provides for the automatic formation of the 3-seam bag of a “cushion” type made of wrappings, and inserting a previously prepared dose into it. The length of the bag is determined by the motion sensor to within 2 mm or a color mark sensor.
The formation of the side seam and the transverse seam is done by thermocompression with the use of seal jaws which are heated by the in-built thermoelectric heaters.
Broaching of a bag is performed by an anisochronous alternating-current motor run by the converter. The length of a bag is set in millimeters and is defined by the distance between the contrasting marks.
