Текст оригинала - английский For all tests and trials necessary to demonstrate the proper working of the vessel and her systems the Builder will prepare testing programs according to the normal practices, that are agreed upon with the Owner.The programs of quay tests and sea trials to be approved by the Owner before starting the tests.
The Builder has the right to run preliminary tests of its own to adjust the equipment and machineries without separate agreement.

Перевод - русский Для проведения всех испытаний и проб, необходимых для демонстрации должного функционирования судна и его систем Подрядчик обязан подготовить соответствующие программы испытаний, согласованные с Владельцем.
Программы испытаний в пристани и ходовых испытаний должны быть предварительно одобрены Владельцем.
Подрядчик имеет право выполнять предварительные испытания для настройки оборудования и механизмов без отдельного согласования.
