Any payment not made when due shall accrue late payment fees in the amount of 1.5% per month or the highest amount allowable by law, whichever is lower, such interest to accrue on a daily basis after as well as before any judgment relating to collection of the amount due; late fees shall not constitute an election of, or the Company's exclusive, remedy. Late payment shall entitle the Company to terminate this Contract for cause, immediately. Customer agrees to pay any and all legal fees, collection fees or other expenses incurred by the Company due to Customer’s failure to pay any amounts due
Перевод - русский Просроченные платежи. В отношении платежей, не оплаченных в срок, начисляется пеня за просрочку платежа в размере 1,5% в месяц или в наибольшем размере, предусмотренном по закону, причем за основу принимается меньшая сумма. Проценты начисляются на ежедневной основе до и после принятия судебного решения о взыскании просроченной суммы. Начисление пени на просроченные платежи не является исключительным средством защиты Компании; Компания может прибегнуть к иным средствам судебной защиты. Просрочка платежи дает Компании право незамедлительно расторгнуть настоящий Договор в связи с невыполнением Клиентом своих обязательств. Клиент согласился оплатить все судебные издержки, расходы по взысканию просроченных сумм, а также иные расходы, понесенные Компанией в связи с неисполнением Клиентом своего обязательства по своевременной оплате услуг
