How long does it take to get the license?

Hi all,

I've just bought (paid via bank transfer) my copy of SDL Studio 2011. My bank statement tells me that everything went OK, so payment was made (and hopefully received). On April 30th I asked for some news, since license was nowhere to be seen. A very kind assistant told me that "it will take a few days as this is our month ending in Finance and payments may have a short delay", which is perfectly understandable, but it's May 6, and nothing has happened so far.

I think it's strange to have to wait once payment is rendered. I was hoping to use the upgrade for a new big project. Is it just because it's the weekend? Will I have to wait long?

When payment is made via CC or PayPal the licenses are immediately available.
Simply log in to your online account- go to My Licenses and process the license upgrade.
