Votes to reclassify question as PRO/non-PRO:

Non-PRO (1): Alex Marshall

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Discussion

Angelina Kovaleva Jun 27, 2011:
Another way to put it is "a follower of the Lord." See 3-я Царств 18:3 "Авдий же был человек весьмя БОГОБОЯЗНЕННЫЙ." In the English New Living Translation (NLT) this is rendered (1 Kings 18:3) , "Obadiah was a devoted FOLLOWER OF THE LORD."
Jurate Kazlauskaite (asker) Jun 27, 2011:
Thanks! I'm sorry for making such a fuss about the term. Simply, I remember it from Dostoyevsky's novels.
Jurate Kazlauskaite (asker) Jun 27, 2011:
"Bogoboyaznennyj" OR "Bogoboyazlivyj" There must be a slight difference.
Mark Berelekhis Jun 27, 2011:
Not really, and I'm not sure why the ending confuses you.
Jurate Kazlauskaite (asker) Jun 27, 2011:
To the answerers Thanks! I understand the meaning, but still it has a very subtle meaning and the ending "БОЯ́ЗНЕННЫЙ". Is it possible that there is any other term, such as God-conscious or God-sensitive?

follower of the Lord

I also agree with God-fearing, since it is the term most often used, but it means follower of the Lord. Please see my example that I took from the Russian Synodal bible, paralleled with an accepted modern English translation that is used among Evangelical Christians.
Example sentence:

3-я Царств 18:3 "Авдий же был человек весьма <b>богобоязненный</b>".

1 Kings 18:3 (NLT), "Obadiah was a devoted <b>follower of the Lord</b>.
