Virgil Agency is seeking freelance translators and reviewers for audiovisual localization.

Content: Business, product, demo, launch, presentation, explainer, and marketing videos.

Translators working in other languages are also welcome to apply if they have experience in video localization.

Scope of work: Translators

Depending on the project and your area of expertise, assignments may include:

- Transcription
- Translation
- Cultural Adaptation
- Transcreation
- Voiceover Script Preparation (Timecoding, Pronunciation Notes)
- Dubbing Adaptation
- Subtitling
- Terminology Management
- Final Linguistic QC of the Localized Video

Scope of work: Reviewers

Reviewer assignments may include:

- Bilingual Revision: checking another translator’s work against the English source
- Subtitle QC
- Final In-context Linguistic Review of the Localized Video
