... and it can lead to poor quality services but I don´t think it is a common practise in Sweden.

For starters, most municipalities rely on Google Translate for translating their websites ... And then we have the general belief that the Swedish people are good at languages (particularly English) and that anything they write is "good enough" and far superior to the skills of other nationalities... Swedish companies and organizations are just as eager as those in any other country to cut corners and get more for less, with little or no consideration for quality or third party.
