Hastalığın ilk tanımı İngiliz doktor James Parkinson tarafından 1817 yılında ‘shaking palsy’ (titrek felç) olarak tanımlanmıştır. Temel patoloji substansia nigra’nın (SN) pars kompakta bölgesindeki dopaminerjik hücrelerin dejenerasyonudur.
PH tremor, rijidite, bradikinezi, postural insitabilite gibi motor ve nöropsikiyatrik bozukluklar, uyku bozuklukları, otonomik disfonksiyon ve uyku bozuklukları gibi nonmotor semptomlar ile karakterizedir. Hastalık rijdite dominant ve tremor dominant olarak iki ana gruba ayrılır.
PH tedavisi farmakolojik, cerrahi ve fizik tedavi ve rehabilitasyon yöntemlerini kapsamaktadır. Günümüzde geleneksel rehabilitasyon tedavilerine ek olarak, son yıllarda başta bilgisayar oyunları olmak üzere sanal gerçeklik sistemleri, Parkinsonlu hastaların rehabilitasyonunda kullanılmaya başlanmıştır. Literatürde sanal gerçeklik teknolojilerinin Parkinsonlu hastaların fonksiyonlarında iyileşmeyi arttırdığını gösteren çalışmalar mevcuttur.
Перевод - английский Parkinson’s disease (PD) is an insidiously starting and slowly progressing, chronic, neurodegenerative disease. The first description of the disease was made by an English doctor James Parkinson in 1817 as ‘shaking palsy’. The main pathology is the degeneration of dopaminergic cells on the pars compacta portion of the substantia nigra (SN).
PD is characterized by motor and neuropsychiatric disorders such as tremor, rigidity, bradykinesia, postural instability as well as non-motor symptoms like sleep disorders and autonomic dysfunction . The disease has two main classifications; namely rigidity dominant and tremor dominant.
PD treatment consists of pharmacologic, surgical and physical treatment and rehabilitation methods. In recent years, in addition to conventional rehabilitation techniques, virtual reality systems particularly computer games have started to be used for rehabilitation of patients with Parkinson. There are studies in the literature showing that virtual reality technologies increase functions of patients with Parkinson.

Kanatlı pompa, kanatları bir halka boyunca hareket ettirerek pompalama hareketi yaratır. Bir kanatlı pompa esas olarak rotor, kanatlar, halka ve üzerinde fasulye şeklindeki giriş ve çıkış delikleri bulunan dağıtım plakasına sahiptir. Üzerindeki yarıklarda kanatlar bulunan pompa rotoru hareketini bağlı olduğu tahrik milinden alır. Rotor döndürüldüğünde kanatlar merkezkaç kuvvetin etkisiyle dışa doğru savrulurlar ve halka çeperini izlerler.
İlk bölümde emilen yağ daha sonraki bölümde basılır. Halka üzerinde giriş ve çıkış delikleri bulunmadığı için emilen yağı basılan yağdan ayırmak amacıyla bir dağıtım plakası kullanılır. Dağıtım plakasındaki delikler gövde üzerindeki emme ve basma ağızları ile bağlantılıdırlar.
DENGELENMİŞ KANATLI POMPA
Bir pompada iki farklı basınç vardır. Biri emiş bölümündeki atmosferik basınçtan daha düşük olan basınç, diğeri de basma ağzındaki çalışma basıncıdır. Özellikle çalışma basıncının yüksek olduğu durumlarda rotor mili tek yönde ciddi bir yanal yüke maruz kalacaktır. Bu durumu önlemek için halkanın şekli daire şeklinden kam şekline dönüştürülür. Böylece karşılıklı iki emiş ve iki basma bölgesi yaratılarak mile gelen yük dengelenir. Endüstriyel sistemlerde kullanılan sabit verdili pompalar genellikle dengelenmiş tip pompalardır.
KOVAN
Kanatlı pompanın pompalama düzeneği genellikle kovan diye adlandırılan tümleşik bir parçadır. Kovan iki dağıtım plakası arasına yerleştirilmiş kanatlar, rotor, kam biçimli halkadan oluşur. Kovanın avantajı pompanın bakımının kolay yapılmasını sağlaması, aşınma durumunda genellikle sadece kovanın değiştirilebilmesidir. Ayrıca pompanın verdisinin değiştirilmesi istendiğinde dış boyutları aynı, basma kapasitesi farklı bir kovan kullanmak suretiyle daha büyük veya daha küçük verdili bir pompa elde edilebilir.

Vane pump creates a pumping action by moving vanes along a ring. A vane pump essentially has a rotor, vanes, a ring and a distribution plate with bean shaped inlet and outlet ports. The pump rotor, which has vanes on its slots, takes its movement from the drive shaft on which it depends. When the rotor is rotated the vanes are driven away by the effect of centrifugal force and follow the ring contour.
The oil absorbed in the first section is squeezed in the following section. Since there are no inlet and outlet ports on the ring, a distribution plate is used in order to seperate the absorbed oil from the squeezed oil. The ports on the distribution plate are linked to each other by the suction and force ports on the body.
BALANCED VANE PUMP
There are two different types of pressure in a pump. The first one ise the pressure which is lower than the atmospheric pressure in the suction section, and the other one is the operating pressure in the force port. Especially in the sitiuations where the operating pressure is high, the rotor shaft will be exposed to a serious lateral pressure from a single direction. To avoid this situation, shape of the ring is transformed from circular shape into cam shape. Thus, by creating two suction and two force regions reciprocally the load that comes to the shaft is balanced. Fixed speed pumps used in the industrial systems are usually balanced type pumps.
HOUSING
Pumping mechanism of a vane pump is usually an integrated part named as housing. The housing is composed of vanes located between two distribuiton plates, a rotor, and a cam shaped ring. The advantage of the housing is to enable easy maintenance of the pump and replacement of merely housing in case of erosion. Moreover, when the outlet of the pump is desired to be changed, a pump with a higher or lower outlet can be obtained by using a housing with the same external dimension and different force capacity.
