Coordinated 4 educational programs : English Language, Critical Thinking, Street Law, Civil Law.
Achievements:
- >2,000 secondary school teachers and university professors trained and certified as trainers and
teacher trainers and ToT
- A series of law textbooks for secondary school years 4-11 produced and published under the Street
Law / Civil Law programs. The Ministry of Public Education recommended the textbooks for use in all
the 10,000 schools around the sountry
- Country's higher and secondary educational establishment were awarded OSI development
grants for a total worth of several million US dollars (total budget: USD 450,000 a year)
The Foundation's accreditation was cancelled in Uzbekistan in April 2004. Until 2006 my spin-off
continued to operate, financed by the Asian Development Bank.
