La demande de droit d'usage de la marque NF doit être adressée à : Eurovent Certita Certification
Dans le cas où la demande provient d'une entité située en dehors de l'Espace Economique Européen, le demandeur désigne un mandataire dans l'Espace Economique Européen qui cosigne la demande.
Une demande concernant un produit qui bénéficie d'une marque de conformité étrangère ou d'un certificat d'essais par un laboratoire étranger est traitée en tenant compte des accords de reconnaissance existants, conformément aux Règles générales de la marque NF.
Le demandeur établit en langue française ou anglaise un dossier de demande conformément au modèle-type des différentes pièces à fournir. Elles sont détaillées dans le tableau ci-dessous selon les différentes typologies de demande, le contenu étant à adapter au cas par cas.

The NF brand request for right of use must be addressed to:
Eurovent Certita Certification
In the case where the request is coming from an entity located outside the European Economic Area, the applicant shall appoint a representative in the European Economic Area who will co-sign the request.
A request concerning a product that benefits from a mark of foreign conformity or a test certificate by a foreign laboratory is treated by taking into account the existing recognition agreements, in accordance with the general rules of the NF brand.
The applicant establishes in French or English a request folder in accordance with the model-type of the different parts to provide.
They are detailed in the table below according to the different request typologies, the contents being adapted on a case-by-case basis.
