Jupiter is the fourth brightest object in the sky (after the sun, the moon and Venus). It has been known as the "wandering star" (the antiquated name for planets – the word has its origin in ancient Greek and means "wanderer" – was "changing star") since prehistoric times. Galilei's discovery of the four largest moons of Jupiter, Io, Europa, Ganymede and Callisto, in 1610 (known today as the Galilean moons) was the first discovery of a center of motion having a centerpoint other than Earth. This was one of the main points for the heliocentric theory of planetary motion of Copernicus (along with other evidence that he obtained using his telescope: The phases of Venus and the lunar) mountain ranges; Galileo's openly expressed support of the Copernican theory put him behind bars, thanks to the Inquisition. He was forced to recant and was kept in custody for the remainder of his life (the quotation often attributed to Galilei, "And yet it moves," solemnly yelled from the burning stake, actually originates from Giordano Bruno - translator's note.). Today, however, anybody can confirm his observations using binoculars or telescopes without fear of punishment.

1 Entry – Einführung und Einleitung
Kaum ein anderer Begriff wurde in den vergangenen Jahren in verschiedensten Kontexten so oft verwendet und wurde auch ebenso oft missbraucht wie der Begriff der „Nachhaltigkeit“, oder auch der „nachhaltigen Entwicklung“. Nachhaltiger Konsum, nachhaltige Unternehmensführung und nachhaltige Produkte sind dabei nur einige Schlagworte, die immer wieder auftauchen.
Zum ersten Mal und auch heute noch weitgehend akzeptiert hat die „UN-Kommission (Brundtland-Kommission)“ 1987 das Konzept definiert: „Nachhaltige Entwicklung ist ...eine Entwicklung, die die Bedürfnisse der Gegenwart befriedigt, ohne zu riskieren, dass künftige Generationen ihre Bedürfnisse nicht befriedigen können.“
Im Juni 1992 nahmen über 170 Staaten an der Konferenz der Vereinten Nationen für Umwelt und Entwicklung (UNCED) in Rio de Janeiro teil. Wichtiges Thema dieser Konferenz von Rio war die nachhaltige Entwicklung der Erde. Ausgangspunkt war die Erkenntnis, dass die Rohstoffvorräte der Erde begrenzt sind und die Frage nach den mit dem Verbrauch der knappen Ressourcen verbundenen Auswirkungen auf die Umwelt. Ausgehend von der Einsicht, dass sich die menschliche Zivilisation langfristig selbst zerstört, wenn sie nicht an der Entwicklung der zentralen Zivilisationsparameter arbeitet (Weltbevölkerung, Rohstoffvorräte, verfügbare Lebensmittel pro Kopf, Industrieproduktion pro Kopf, Verschmutzungsgrad der Umwelt), wurde die Idee einer nachhaltigen Entwicklung ("sustainable development") weltweit zu einem zentralen Leitbild der Umwelt- und Entwicklungspolitik. Die Konferenz von Rio de Janeiro 1992 hat also schließlich das Konzept der nachhaltigen Entwicklung in der Agenda 21 schließlich konkretisiert und Ziele gesetzt. Neben der Agenda 21 wurden im Rahmen der Konferenz vier weitere Dokumente für die wichtigsten Aktionsfelder einer Umwelt- und Entwicklungspolitik verabschiedet. In diesen werden die Grundprinzipien, Strategieelemente und Maßnahmen einer nachhaltigen Entwicklung formuliert. (Rio-Deklaration über Umwelt und Entwicklung, Wald-Deklaration, Klimakonvention, Konvention über die biologische Vielfalt). Wichtige Stichworte in Zusammenhang mit Nachhaltigkeit sind „Kooperation verschiedener Akteure“ und „partizipative Verfahren“, da das Leitbild einer nachhaltigen Entwicklung nicht von einer staatlichen Ordnungspolitik verordnet werden kann, vielmehr müssen neue Handlungsmuster entwickelt werden, in denen auch gesellschaftliches Engagement und Verantwortungsübernahme der BürgerInnen eine zentrale Rolle spielen.
Mit der Deklaration von Rio und der Agenda 21 erklärte die Konferenz eine nachhaltige zukunftsfähige Entwicklung („sustainable development") zur zentralen Zukunftsaufgabe der Gesellschaften für das 21. Jahrhundert. Hier wurde ein Prozess in Gang gesetzt, der darauf abzielt, auf globaler, nationaler bis hin zur lokalen Ebene Politik für eine gemeinsame Zukunft zu gestalten. Es wurden weltweit Maßnahmen in der Umwelt-, Entwicklungs-, Sozial- und Wirtschaftspolitik gefordert. Dieser Beschluss wurde von 178 Staaten unterzeichnet.
Anders ausgedrückt: „Nachhaltige Entwicklung“ bezeichnet eine Entwicklung, die künftigen Generationen die gleichen Chancen zur wirtschaftlichen Entfaltung geben soll, wie sie die heute lebende besitzt, und zwar weltweit. Diesem gemeinsamen Leitbild nähern sich verschiedene Akteure aber mit ganz unterschiedlichen Vorstellungen, Maßnahmen, Methoden und Instrumenten. So sind die Ziele, die z.B. in der Agenda 21 verabschiedet wurden, als weltweiter Rahmen anzusehen, den die einzelnen Nationen von der Ebene der Regierung bis hinunter zur Kommunalverwaltung mit eigenen Zielen, Plänen, Maßnahmen und Instrumenten ausgestalten sollen.
Mittlerweile wird der Begriff in der alltäglichen internationalen politischen Diskussion verwendet. Dennoch wird ihm auch immer wieder mit einer gewissen Kritik begegnet, die sich v.a. darauf beziehen, dass das Konzept der Nachhaltigkeit verschwommen und überlastet sei. Auch betonen Stimmen, das bei der Idee der nachhaltigen Entwicklung Kompromisse zwischen den Interessen der Industrienationen und denjenigen der Entwicklungsländer nötig seien. Wirtschaftliche Interessen haben gegenüber ökologischen und sozialen in der Regel die stärkere Durchsetzungskraft. Deswegen kann ihre Einbindung in das „magisches Dreieck“ der Nachhaltigkeit (s. untern) dazu führen, dass die ökologischen und sozialen Aspekte bei konkreten Entscheidungen den ökonomischen Interessen hintangestellt werden. Auch wird der Vorwurf geäußert, dass der Begriff der Nachhaltigkeit inflationär und mit zu wenig Reflexion gebraucht werde. Fest steht, dass „Nachhaltigkeit“ sowohl ein wissenschaftlicher Begriff als auch ein normatives Leitbild ist, nach dem gesellschaftlich gehandelt werden soll.

1 Introduction and preliminaries
There has hardly been a term in recent years so often used, though also misused, in the most different contexts as the term “sustainability“, or “sustainable development“ for that matter. Sustainable consumption, sustainable corporate leadership and sustainable products are just a few of the buzzwords that come up again and again.
The concept was first defined by the “UN Commission (Brundtland Commission)“ in 1987, which is still widely accepted today: “Sustainable development is “a development that meets the needs of the future, without risking that future generations cannot meet their needs.“
In June, 1992 over 170 countries took part in the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) in Rio de Janeiro. An important topic of this Rio conference was the sustainable development of the Earth. Starting point was the acknowledgement that the Earth's supply of raw materials is limited, and also the question of the environmental effects connected with using the scarce resources. Based on the insight that human civilisation will slowly destroy itself if it doesn't work on the development of its central parameters (world population, supply of natural resources, available foodstuffs per capita, industrial production per capita, rate of environmental pollution), the idea of a “sustainable development" was made a central model in worldwide policies of environment and development. And so, the 1992 Rio de Janeiro conference had finally concretised the concept of sustainable development and set goals in Agenda 21. Aside from Agenda 21, four further documents were passed in the context of the conference for the most important areas of action for polices of environment and development. In these, the basic principles, strategic elements and measures for a sustainable development were formulated (Rio Declaration on Environment and Development, Forest Principles, Climate Change Convention, Convention on Biological Diversity). Key words connected with sustainability are “Cooperation of different players“ and “participative method,“ as the concept of a sustainable development cannot be enacted by any one national regulatory policy. Rather, new ways of doing things must be developed in which societal engagement and responsibility of citizens have a central role.
With the Rio Declaration and Agenda 21, the conference defined sustainable development for the central future tasks of society in the 21st century. Here, a process was set in motion with the goal of forming a policy from the global and national level down to the local one for a joint future. Worldwide measures in environmental, developmental, social and economical policies were laid out. This resolution was undersigned by 178 nations.
To put it differently: “Sustainable development“ indicates a development that should give future generations the same chances for economic development that those living today have, and to do so worldwide. However, this shared approach is approached by different players with entirely different visions, measures, methods and implements. And so the goals set by Agenda 21, for example, are a worldwide reference according to which the individual nations, from the highest levels of government down to community leadership form their own goals, plans, measures and implements.
By now, the term is used daily in international political discussion. However, it is also constantly being met with a certain critique which above all claims that the concept of sustainability is unclear and overloaded. Voices also stress that compromises are needed with the idea of sustainable development between the interests of industrialised countries and those of developing countries. Economic interests tends to hold more sway than ecological and social interests, meaning that their integration into the “magic triangle“ of sustainability (see below) can lead to the ecological and social apsects taking a back seat to economic interests in making concrete decisions. The claim is also made that the term sustainability is used inflationarily and with too little reflection. What is certain is that “sustainability“ is both a scientific term and a normative model that ought to be followed by society.

a) die Gesellschaft als GmbH erst mit Eintragung in das Handelsregister entsteht und hierfür erforderlich ist, dass die nach Gesetz und Gesellschaftsvertrag vorgeschriebenen Mindesteinlagen geleistet wurden, für das Unternehmen notwendige Genehmigungen vorliegen und die Notar- und Gerichtskosten gezahlt sind,
b) jeder, der vor der Handelsregistereintragung namens der Gesellschaft handelt, persönlich und gesamtschuldnerisch haftet und
c) jeder Gesellschafter - ohne Beschränkung auf die von ihm übernommene Stammeinlage - persönlich und gesamtschuldnerisch für Aufbringung und Erhaltung des Stammkapitals haftet, insbesondere für vor der Handelsregistereintragung verbrauchtes Stammkapital, also für Fehlbeträge aus einer Differenz zwischen dem Stammkaptial und dem Wert des Gesellschaftsvermögens, für Rückzalungen von Stammkapital an Gesellschafter, besonders bei verdeckten Sacheinlagen und für von anderen Gesellschaftern übernommene, aber nicht geleistete Stammeinlagen.

Authority
The parties to the contract herewith authorise one another, released from § 181 of the German Civil Code, to amend the articles of association until the entry of the LLC into the Commercial Registry, insofar as this is necessary or convenient for the rectification of complaints from the Registration Office. Should the parties also be company managers, they herewith give one another commensurate power of attorney for the Commercial Registry.

The notary public gave those present special notice that
a) the Company shall exist as a GmbH only after its entry into the Commercial Registry, and it is required for this that the minimum deposits set by the law and the articles of association have been paid, necessary business licences have been obtained and the notary and legal costs are paid,
b) each person acting in the name of the company for entry into the Commercial Registry is personally as well as jointly and severally liable, and
c) each shareholder – without restriction to the starting capital – is personally as well as jointly and severally liable for the procurement and application of the starting capital; in particular for that starting capital used prior to entry into the Commercial Registry, and so for deficits in any difference between the amount of the starting capital and the worth of the company's own assets, for the repayment of initial investments to shareholders, especially with disguised contributions in kind and for initial investments assumed but not effected by other shareholders.

Der Testmanager erstellt wöchentlich einen Teststatusbericht. Dieser wird freitags erstellt und bis zum
11:30 Uhr dem Projektleiter und dem Leiter Testcenter zur Verfügung gestellt.
Der Teststatusbericht enthält aufgegliedert nach Sparte (und falls erforderlich weiter untergliedert nach
Thema) die Testabdeckung, die Issue-Auswertung und ggf. Anmerkungen des Testmanagers.
Zusätzlich enthält der Teststatusbericht Graphiken zum zeitlichen Verlauf der offenen Issues für RUVIS-PC
und für die Systeme, für die von RUVIS-PC Komponenten zugeliefert werden (VAP, Portale).
Außerdem enthält der Teststatusbericht Aussagen über erledigte Aufgaben und erreichte Meilensteine, Probleme und Maßnahmen, Risiken und Maßnahmen, geplante Aufgaben und Meilensteine der Folgeperiode.
Wesentlicher Input für den Teststatusbericht ist
ein vom Testmanager bereitgestellter Testfortschrittsbericht, der wöchentlich donnerstags von den

6.1 Testing Status Report
The Test Manager creates a weekly test status report, which is made available to the project leader and the leader of the Testing Centre each Friday by 11:30 AM.
The test status report contains the test coverage, the issue-analysis and possibly the Test Manager’s comments divided by category (and, if necessary, further subdivided by subject).
The test status report also contains diagrams showing the progress of open RUVIS-PC issues over time, as well as for those systems for which components are supplied by RUVIS-PC (VAP, Portale).
The test status report also contains information about completed tasks and milestones reached, problems and measures, risks and measures, planned tasks and milestones for coming periods.
Essential input for the test status report is
a test progress report prepared by the Test Manager filled out by the testers every Thursday.
