Note that you do not need to have SDL Trados software installed on your machine as features will be presented via the trainer’s machine.

The support team's office hours are 6:00 - 21:00, Monday through Friday, and requests of this type channeled via support, as you all know, are answered very fast. So, when you are paying last minute specially I suggest you use http://www.proz.com/support/ .

Keep getting the error message Invalid course id. Created a support ticket, got a confirmation they received it and next thing I know they closed it. Link still does not work. Is it supposed to work only after the webinar, or what's up? | | |

There was a problem with course registration that has been now fixed.
