My best guess is that a comma is missing in the source between паренхима и кортико-медуллярная and the word сохранена is related both to the structure and differentiation, so I would translate the sentence as follows: the structure of the parenchyma and corticomedullary differentiation are intact.

I am not quite sure whether the following translation is correct or should be referenced as mistranslation. "The structure of the parenchyma is corticomedullary; differentiation is preserved."
