Hello,

This is one of those instances where I can kind of picture what the Russian means, but can't "break through" to the English way of saying it.
предварительный анализ, отражающий оправданность строительства установки и ее присоединение к общей энергетической сети с запланированными технико-экономическими и физическими показателями.

So, I guess we have 1) technical indicators, 2). presumably financial, rather than economic, and 3) would we say "physical" in English? I suspect not. I get that it is to do with inputs and outputs of things that can measured.
And are these показателя to do with the planned performance, efficiency of the plant?

Any help very welcome.
