DAILY AND MANUAL SHOCK LEAD IMPEDANCE MEASUREMENT (SLI)
Currently, Frontier manual SLI and daily SLI measurements use the same measurement method. A single sample is collected for the single coil or coil-to-coil configurations, and a single sample for each of the 3 component vectors for a TRIAD configuration. Each sample is first performed in the low measurement gain range (approximately 0 to 165 ohms). If a sample result is greater than the maximum (“saturated high”), the sample is replaced using the medium gain range (approximately 25 to 1150 ohms), and if saturated again, the sample is replaced using the high gain range (approximately 0 to 2500 ohms).
