Food additives / E-numbers (non EU languages)
Автор темы: Kalou

I am looking for lists of food additives (E-numbers) in different languages, but not the EU languages (which are already present at www.fooddictionary.eu), such as Russian, Ukrainian, Arabic, Chinese, Albanian, Hebrew etc...

Any suggestions ?

Kalou

Wikipedia? Mar 4, 2010

The wikipedia page on E numbers - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/E_number - is available in several other languages, including Russian and Arabic.

I'm not sure how authoritative the translations are, of course, but it might be some help, at least.

INS Numbers Mar 4, 2010

In Brazil, the food manufacturers use INS numbers, which are exactly the same as E-numbers. So E-102 (tartrazine) is INS-102, E-621 (monosodium glutamate) is INS-621, and so on.

Post-Brexit Jun 21, 2020

Does anyone know if the UK will still use E-numbers after Brexit? Or would they use UK numbers of something along those lines?
