Wondering whether 2 hours is enough to prepare a project

I am asking because my last project has been stuck at 47% for the last two hours...

It sounds like there might be a problem with the source file, or maybe you just need to quit and start over. Maybe close Trados and open it again first. Hopefully by now you have resolved it?

No i couldn't open it, no matter which tricks i pulled; but they could open it properly. The project manager took the project and allocated it to another translator.
