I'm translating a document from English into Arabic using Translator's Work Benck of Trados and Word 2003. Usually I get a bilingual document, then I clean it up. But now I'm just getting the clean text (In Arabic). Any Idea why does this happen?

You probably checked off the "Hidden text" option under Tools > Options > Formatting marks (in Word).
Check the "Hidden text" box again, and your text will most likely reappear
