Mac: Open reference PDF when CafeTran Espresso 2018 is launched

I created as simple macro to open the reference PDF whenever I launch CafeTran Espresso 2018:

The content of the PDF can be searched via another macro that is launched from CafeTran Espresso 2018. (I've posted this macro in the past.)
