Sometimes clients provide an existing TM.
Every time I try to upload one of those, though, or when I try to merge new one (from client) with existing one, I get an error msg.
I get the error message:
Invalid header.
Not a Wordfast TM header.
What does that mean and how can I fix it?
Why is the header invalid? It obviously came from wordfast, so I don't get it.
They usually provide a txt file, which should work. Right?

Trados TXT export files?
Jun 20, 2014
Esther, are you sure those TXT files come from Wordfast? My experience is that Wordfast will report an invalid header if the TXT file comes from Trados.
Trados users can export their TM to TXT or TMX. Wordfast supports TMX files but not Trados TXT export files.
