Is it safe to install WFP 3.1.3 yet, or should I wait for a later version?

In my experience Feb 12, 2013

automatic TM lookup in WF Pro has been always extremely slow. Any changes of memory preferences do not help, so I consider WF a "naturally slow" software (automatic lookup into a TM of about 50 MB takes several seconds).
