Wordfast Pro end translation format problem

When I try to get the Word version of my translation (by pressing the "W(ord)" button it offers a schedule in English numbered by segment.

I need (of course) the full document in original format

What am I doing wrong please?

What "Word button" are you referring to?

Preview Word button at top second from left.

I've just tried yr suggestion, R, no change I'm afraid.

Other thoughts ?

You have to choose the option "Save Translated file" from File menu (Ctrl + alt + F). At least it worked in my case.

Yes, I've tried that too!

I can even get a TXML file (I've just exported to the agency to see whether they can open on their Trados...I hope so)!

But I need to find out why. I must say I get truly fed up with software not working
